Tommy Lillis scores for Ireland

Salthill Devon are extremely proud to report that Tommy Lillis. now playing with Galway Utd in the League of Ireland gained his first cap today when coming off the bench in the U15 game V Wales.

Tommy was only on the field for two minutes when he headed home, but it wasn’t enough to save Ireland as they were edged out 2-1. They play again on Thursday.

Tommy’s grandfather Finbar (RIP) would have been a very proud man today. He was a founder member of Salthill Devon and the Lillis family are ingrained in the history of the club. A big future beckons for Tommy.
