Junior B’s – U17 Girls – U18 B’s are Outstanding

Dave Carr’s division 2 team, newly formed this season are sitting pretty at the top of the table with promotion already assured they are one game away from being crowned champions.

The Junior B’s are Sharing the limelight this week with the U17 Girls who captured the Connacht Shield with a 4-1 win over local rivals Bearna Na Forbacha.

Salthill Devon u13 players Jason So, Dylan Kilraine and Jonathan Echefu attending Irish assessments at the AUL in Dublin. Well done lads.

We had a mixed bag pf results otherwise, with Junior A’s dropping vital points against Mervue in a 0-0 draw with Mervue. All results can be accessed here on Galway FA website; https://galwayfa.ie/results/ 

Future Stars

Congrats to Salthill Devon players Erin McCartan and Caoimhe O’Connor who played for Galway u12s in a 4-0 win against North Tipperary.

Galway have topped the group and go into the national cup quarter final draw.

 

 

The U18’s managed by Mark Diskin are having a great season and they reached the Connacht Shield semi final thanks to a 5-1 victory over St Bernard’s. Rian Keating with a penalty, Evan O’Toole  and Sean O’Connor scored two each
