Club Mark One Star Awarded to Salthill Devon

Salthill Devon are delighted to announce that they have achieved the FAI Club Mark One Star Award. Having previously the basic Club Mark award we have worked diligently to gain the top level award. It is not easy to attain and maintain the standards required for this level.

“As an FAI Club Mark One Star Player Development Centre, Salthill Devon FC have demonstrated a consistent and high standard of:

• Club Governance and Administration
• Child Welfare, Safeguarding & Coach Education
• Club Player Development Plan
• Club Coaching Structure
• Engagement with FAI programs

Achieving the award is one thing – maintaining it is the next challenge. As chairman of Salthill Devon I would like to particularly thank Michael McCartan for his tireless efforts and Marek Krynicki for his Player Development Plan.
